Any teacher meeting the above criteria can participate in the examination conducted by the Teacher Commission, provided they have a minimum of 8 years of teaching experience in government primary schools and are aged 58 years or less as of 01.08.2024. The retirement age is 60 years.

For submission of proof of a minimum of 8 years of teaching experience in government primary schools, the competent authority will be the District Education Officer.
